1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 1947pk ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://1947pk.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality made available through it (collectively, the "Service").

1947pk is an English-language online gaming platform serving Pakistani users with live casino content, sports betting markets and slot gaming. By accessing, registering on or using the Service in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

You may only register for and use an Account on the 1947pk platform if all of the following conditions are satisfied at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Service:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not accessing the Service from a Restricted Territory where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, consultant or close family member of 1947pk or any of its affiliated technology or service providers.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You do not already hold an active Account on the platform. Only one Account per individual is permitted.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the platform or had an Account suspended or terminated for cause.

4. Registration & Account Management

4.1 Account Registration

To use the Service, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as prompted. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change. 1947pk reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided at any time.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact [email protected] immediately.

4.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one Account on the platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending bonuses without prior notice.

4.4 KYC Verification

1947pk applies Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification procedures in accordance with applicable standards. You may be required to provide copies of government-issued identification, proof of address and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed or at any time the platform deems verification necessary. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.

5. Permitted Use of the Service

5.1 Authorised Use

The Service is made available solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You agree to use the platform only in a manner consistent with these Terms, applicable laws and regulations, and accepted standards of reasonable conduct.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using any automated software, bot, script or other mechanism to interact with the Service;
• Exploiting errors, glitches or technical malfunctions in games or software for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, fraud, money laundering or any other illegal activity;
• Using the Service for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from 1947pk;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise extract the source code of any software forming part of the Service;
• Misrepresenting your identity, age or location in order to circumvent eligibility requirements;
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages or impairs the Service or other users' experience.

1947pk reserves the right to investigate suspected breaches and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including immediate Account termination, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Deposits to your Account must be made using payment methods available on the platform at the time of transaction. Familiar local payment references available in Pakistan — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers via providers such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced as context only. 1947pk does not represent that any payment provider endorses or supports gambling transactions.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the Account cashier section. Limits are subject to change. All deposits are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where applicable.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been verified through the KYC process. 1947pk reserves the right to apply processing times, identity verification requirements and withdrawal limits as outlined in the cashier section. Withdrawals will not be processed until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

6.3 Currency

Account balances are displayed in PKR by default. Exchange rates, where applicable, are determined at the time of transaction. 1947pk is not responsible for currency fluctuations or third-party processing fees imposed by payment providers.

6.4 Prohibited Funds

You must only deposit funds that you are legally entitled to use. Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity is strictly prohibited and may result in Account termination and referral to relevant authorities.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions and offers available on 1947pk are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made available. By accepting any bonus, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that offer in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between bonus-specific terms and these Terms, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that offer.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "rollover") before any derived funds become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (for example, 30× means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times). Illustrative example: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement requires PKR 150,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is reached.

7.3 Game Contributions

Not all games contribute equally to the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Contribution rates are specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Slot games typically contribute at a higher rate than live casino or table games. Playing non-contributing games while a bonus is active does not progress your wagering requirement.

7.4 Maximum Bet During Bonus

While a bonus balance is active, a maximum bet limit applies per round, spin or event. Exceeding this limit may result in the voiding of the bonus and any winnings derived from it. Specific maximum bet limits are stated in individual promotion terms.

7.5 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period, typically ranging from 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting. Any bonus balance and associated winnings remaining at the point of expiry will be forfeited automatically.

7.6 Abuse & Misuse

1947pk reserves the right to void, suspend or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the bonus has been obtained or used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose, these Terms or through patterns indicative of abuse or fraud.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the 1947pk platform is governed by its own specific game rules, displayed within the game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between game-level rules and these Terms, the game-level rules apply to that specific game's operation.

8.2 Odds and RTP

Sports betting odds are updated in real time and reflect the platform's assessment of probabilities at the time of the bet. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot and casino games are illustrative ranges only unless confirmed by the relevant game studio. All gaming outcomes are determined by certified random number generation or live dealer procedures as applicable.

8.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction or human error that results in an incorrect price, payout or game result being displayed, 1947pk reserves the right to void the relevant bet or game round. 1947pk will not honour wagers placed at clearly erroneous odds or on the basis of incorrect information resulting from a technical fault.

8.4 Cricket, PSL and Sports Markets

Sports markets referencing Pakistan cricket, the Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC tournaments and other sporting events are offered for entertainment purposes. 1947pk is not affiliated with, endorsed by or in partnership with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), PSL, the International Cricket Council (ICC) or any participating team.

9. Responsible Gambling

1947pk is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides the following account-level tools to help users manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit;
• Loss Limits — set maximum loss thresholds over defined periods;
• Session Time Reminders — receive alerts after a defined period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Periods — temporarily suspend Account access for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion — permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the platform.

10. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any Content without our prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1947pk, its officers, directors, employees, agents and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Service;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, however caused;
• Any loss arising from service interruption, system failure, unauthorised access to your Account or other events outside 1947pk's reasonable control;
• Any inaccuracy in odds, game results or other data arising from third-party data feeds or technical malfunctions;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on this platform that does not constitute professional advice.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by 1947pk

1947pk reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• Your Account activity is suspected to involve fraud, money laundering or other unlawful conduct;
• You have provided false or misleading registration information;
• You are accessing the Service from a Restricted Territory;
• Continued provision of the Service to you would constitute a regulatory, legal or reputational risk.

12.2 Termination by You

You may close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Bonus balances that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1947pk is licensed and incorporated. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration body of the applicable licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking interim injunctive relief in an appropriate court.

Pakistani Users: These Terms do not constitute a submission by 1947pk to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts. Users accessing the Service from Pakistan do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.

14. Amendments to These Terms

1947pk reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page with an updated review date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.

Where changes are material, 1947pk will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice through the platform or via email to the address associated with your Account.
